Payment and notes
The reservation is confirmed with a deposit payment in the amount of 30% of the total stay cost via bank transfer to the account. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer before arrival, as agreed. Arrival time (check-in): from 16:00 h Check-out time (check-out): until 10:00 h We kindly ask guests to notify us of their approximate arrival time in advance for a more pleasant welcome. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. Villa Milina is intended for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxed holiday, therefore parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Cancellation policy
The reservation is confirmed with a deposit payment in the amount of 30% of the total stay cost. The deposit is paid via bank transfer within 3 days of booking confirmation. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded in full. For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of force majeure or justified extraordinary circumstances, we strive to allow guests to change their reservation dates subject to accommodation availability.
