"Villa Melita" is located right by the sea and next to a peaceful promenade. This place is particularly suitable for anyone in need of rest. The house has a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, which includes a pool of 32m2 with 14 sun loungers. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Our private parking for each individual apartment is located nearby. All our apartments have air conditioning, free WiFi, TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. Bathroom towels and bed linen are also included. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes, shops, and bakeries for all your daily needs. Most importantly, the main city beach Trstenica is only 40 meters away.

Payment and notes
Check-in is from 14h, and check-out is until 10h. All services are included in the price, there are no additional costs. Payment is made on the spot in cash (EUR) or to a bank account during your stay. The deposit is 20% of the total amount, and it is paid 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, as final confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refunded in full if the cancellation occurs within a period of up to 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, while after that time there is no refund of the deposit
