About this stay

Villa Martin is a family house located in Ičići near Opatija with a tradition of renting rooms since 1985. To ensure our guests feel comfortable, the house and its courtyard are continuously being renovated. Today we offer five newly renovated studio apartments. The studio apartments were fully renovated in 2012 and 2020. The kitchen in each studio is well-equipped, the bathroom has a spacious shower, and the balcony is either fully or partially covered. Each unit has its own entrance, bathroom, balcony, room with a double bed, and a kitchen. They are also suitable for families with children. All guests can use three terraces, as well as an outdoor kitchen with access from the garden. The property is located 10 minutes walking distance from the main beach, ACI marina, post office, shops, restaurants, travel agency, and hairdresser. The center of Opatija (approx. 5 km) can be reached on foot via the seaside promenade, by car, bus, or taxi.
