Villa Marija is located 200m from the city beach, right above Hotel Lišanj, one of the oldest catering facilities in Novi Vinodolski. Next to the hotel, there are tennis courts for rent. In the same corner, there is a gas station, two pizzerias, and a larger cafe next to the hotel itself in a garden above the beach. On the beach itself, there are numerous facilities for summer enjoyment with children. There are two marinas in the town that offer boat rental options. Other amenities such as bicycle tours and cultural excursions are provided for a larger number of guests. There are currency exchange offices and ATMs in the town, but it is advisable to have European currency when paying. Payment and notes
A deposit of 50-100% is paid upon reservation, and the remainder upon arrival at the accommodation. It is possible to issue an invoice / voucher when paying on the Apartmanija.hr website. Arrival time is between 14-20h during check-in and until 10h in the morning upon departure every day of the week.
Cancellation policy
Paid reservations cannot be refunded in case of cancellation. Possibility to transfer the reservation to another person (persons).
