A beautiful and modern little gem located on the Opatija Riviera. The house was recently built so that everything is as good as new. The interior design is very beautiful, designed by my wife Alexandra, an interior designer. One of the most wonderful things about this house is the 180-degree view from the terrace of the Kvarner Gulf, the Istrian coast and the islands of Krk and Cres. Purely breathtaking. A photograph cannot capture the beauty of this view. Sunrises and sunsets are special, and dinners on the terrace are some of the most beautiful moments of the day. You will sleep like a baby because it is very quiet and pleasant at night, and a light breeze comes from the sea at night. All rooms are air-conditioned. It is also worth mentioning the super comfortable beds in all rooms, as well as the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and a shower on the terrace with a beautiful view. The Opatija Riviera is known for its micro-Mediterranean climate. The towns of the Riviera stretch from the fishing village of Volosko, which is just a few minutes' walk from the house, to the beautiful Opatija, which can be reached on foot. One of the things you must enjoy is the Lungomare seaside promenade, about 15 km long. Along the promenade, you can find a series of small beaches and small coves where you can swim, dotted with magnificent palaces dating back to the Austro-Hungarian era. The house is located about 400 m from several beaches in Volosko. The water is very clear and turquoise blue. Many places on the Riviera are a short drive away and offer many gastronomic experiences. Nearby grocery stores have a large selection of food including excellent bread, local wines, products and meat. Top restaurants are also a few minutes' walk from the house. The food is incredible, especially the selection of fish. A fresh fish and vegetable market is located nearby.
