Villa Maria is located in the center of Primošten, 50 – 100 meters away from beautiful beaches (pebbly, sandy, and rocky). At the top, there is a large terrace with a wonderful view of the panorama of Primošten and the beach. The villa has eight studio apartments and two two-bedroom apartments; all are modernly equipped and three-star rated, allowing you comfort and a relaxing holiday. The apartments are air-conditioned, with a kitchenette, refrigerator, satellite TV, and balconies with sea views. Studio apartments have three beds + an extra bed each, while the two large apartments have five and six beds respectively + two extra beds each. Each apartment has its own parking space. Shops, post office, bank, bakery, and stores are within 100 meters.
