A 30% deposit is paid to our bank account. The remainder is paid 15 days before arrival. Arrival time is 15.00 in the apartment and departure at 09.00 hours. A washing machine is located in the laundry area, use of the washing machine is available for a fee.
Cancellation policy
Booking confirmation and conditions: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid. The remaining amount of the accommodation is to be paid 15 days before arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation of the accommodation reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, we retain the total amount of the paid deposit.
