Modern, comfortable two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments equipped with everything you need. The apartments have air conditioning, WIFI, a balcony with a view of the sea and Velebit mountain for romantic dinners under the stars, and a grill with a table and benches for dining in the courtyard. Each apartment has 1 parking space; if guests are arriving with 2 cars and quad trailers or a boat, please mention this in your inquiry. The beaches are stone, concrete, and pebble, and the nearest beach is 70 m from Villa Luce. The nearest restaurants are 100 m from the apartments, a shop is 800 m away, and a bakery is 150 m away. Morning coffee on the balcony with a sea view, far from crowds, is ideal for a holiday without noise and stress, while a seaside promenade and hiking mountain trails offer an active holiday. For stays of 1-4 days, the price is 30 % higher. To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total price is required. Final cleaning of the apartment is charged an additional 40,00 € per apartment. It is not permitted to host people in the house who are not guests of the house by contract (exceptionally with the consent of the host). 22 h - 08 h QUIET TIME period without noise. Please respect the desire for rest and peace of other guests in the house from 22 h - 8 h. Check in : from 15:00 / Check out : until 9:00. Possible rental of sun loungers for 4,00 € per day. We do not host pets.
