All apartments have large terraces that provide a beautiful view of the Pag Bay and an unforgettable view of the sunset. The house has a large courtyard and a private parking lot. A private sandy beach flows up to the house and is part of it. Therefore, the property is ideal for families with children, who are welcome here. The town of Novalja is 5 kilometers from the House, where all facilities (cultural, sports) are located.

Payment and notes
Reservation is made with the property owner via email communication or through direct communication by phone. A deposit of 30% of the complete reservation must be made. The remaining payment is made upon arrival at the property (cash payment). An extra person in the Apartment pays 10 € in the off-season, and 15€ in the season. The tourist tax is not included in the price: 1Euro per person per day. Upon receiving the keys, you are responsible for taking care of your Apartment and leaving it in the condition in which you received it if you do not wish to pay for final cleaning. Arrival: from 14h Departure: no later than 10h Deposit: 100€ which is returned if you leave the apartment in the same condition as you received it.
