About this stay
Our apartments are located on the first line by the sea, they are fully equipped (flat TV, Netflix, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster,...). Each apartment has a separate entrance and a 16m2 terrace with a sea view. It is ideal for families with small children due to the proximity of the sea. The beach is shallow with sand. All our guests are provided with 1 free parking space in our courtyard. All guests have access to a washing machine in the shared "laundry" room.

Payment and notes
Guarantee and confirm your arrival by paying the required deposit in the amount of 30% of the total accommodation price. All payment details for the deposit will be sent via an offer to the guest's e-mail address. After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed, and a voucher - reservation confirmation - is sent to the guest's e-mail address. The remaining amount is paid by the guest on the first day of arrival at the apartment in cash or by transfer to the account to which the deposit was paid. On the day of arrival, check-in to the apartment is possible after 15 h, and on the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10 h. For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%. The price list is valid for 2025.
Cancellation policy
By cancelling the term 90 days or more before arrival, the lessor fully refunds the deposit. By cancelling the term from 60 to 90 days before arrival, the lessor refunds 50% of the deposit. By cancelling the term 60 days or less before arrival, the lessor retains the entire deposit.
