Payment and notes
To book the apartment, a deposit of 30% must be paid. The remaining amount is due 3 days before arrival. Upon arrival, the apartment is available from 16:00 (check-in), and on departure day, it must be vacated by 10:00 (check-out). Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as are WiFi and air conditioning use. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but it is allowed on the balconies. Pets are not allowed! Organizing parties is not permitted.
Cancellation policy
The apartment reservation can be canceled no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid for the reservation.
