Ideal location for a peaceful family vacation. Villa Karolina Apartments are located in Sukošan, just a few meters from the beach, offering guests the opportunity for a tranquil family getaway. A private path leads to the beach. The property features 6 accommodation units. We offer 5 apartments and 1 studio apartments. Each apartment has a large terrace with (mostly) sea views. There is also an outdoor barbecue with a social area. The apartments are equipped with a fully functional kitchen (fridge, cooking hob, dishes...), an LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, a toilet, and large double beds. Parking and Wi-Fi internet are provided for each apartment. The property is located in a quiet area without excessive crowds. The town center is a 5-minute walk away, while Zadar Airport and the city of Zadar are only 10 kilometers away.

Payment and notes
Check-in at the apartment is possible after 16:00 h (earlier is possible by arrangement), and check-out is exclusively until 10:00 h. The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price of the reserved accommodation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival, exclusively in cash. Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policy
When making a reservation, each guest has a period of 5 days to pay the deposit. After payment, we retain the deposit as confirmation of the reservation. A refund of the deposit can be requested only if a travel ban is in effect at the time of the planned arrival.
