Payment and notes
Payment is exclusively in cash in €. To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount. Payment of the deposit confirms your reservation. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-out is until 10:00. I am available every day. You can contact me by phone and on WhatsApp. If I cannot resolve the issue immediately, someone from my family will take care of it, or I will come to you as soon as I get home from work.
Cancellation policy
The deadline for free cancellation of the reservation and a full refund of the deposit is 30 days before arrival. After that, we will retain the deposit. In the event of illness, hospitalization, closed borders, or death, the deposit will be refunded.
