Payment and notes
Payment models are negotiable; typically, a deposit of 50% is paid upon booking, while the remaining balance is paid at checkout. In the event of cancellation, there is no obligation to refund the funds paid. For 1-3 nights, a surcharge of 30% applies. The tourist tax is included in the price, but guest check-in is charged a one-time fee of 2 EUR per person. Check-in time is after 14 hours on the day of arrival, while check-out time is by 10 hours on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy
To make a reservation, you must pay 50% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, there is no obligation to refund the paid funds. In the event of travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 epidemic or similar circumstances, the funds will be refunded, or the same amount can be used as a voucher for a future reservation.
