The house is ideally located for your vacation. Ideal for visiting the national parks of Krka, Kornati, Plitvice, Paklenica, the protected old towns of Šibenik, Trogir, Split, Zadar, and Dubrovnik... hundreds of beautiful islands located in the immediate vicinity. In Vodice, there are cycling paths for all ages. All paths are well-marked with clear signs.

Payment and notes
A deposit amounting to 30% of the apartment price is paid via bank transfer within 3 days of booking the apartment and is non-refundable. Date changes are permitted free of charge, subject to availability. Reservations are made using a reservation form, which we send upon your inquiry. Please complete and return it by email. Once we receive the completed reservation form and the deposit payment of 30% of the total price, we will send you a reservation confirmation and confirmation of your bank payment. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 42 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is after 15 hours. Check-out time is by 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
No refund of the deposit will be provided until 42 days before the arrival date at the apartment. If you cancel the reserved apartment within 42 days before arrival, 100% of the remaining total amount will be charged. Reservations made within 42 days before arrival at the apartment will be charged at 100% of the apartment's price, with no refund in case of cancellation. A refund of the deposit will only be issued in special cases declared by the Republic of Croatia. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, we allow you to change your stay dates free of charge after the apartment has been booked, provided the apartment is available for the requested period.
