On the south side of the building, each apartment features a terrace with views of the sea and the pool. The pool is eco-friendly, meaning there is no chlorine odor or irritation to the eyes or skin. It is very safe for children from a health perspective. Each apartment has its own parking space, which is under video surveillance for 24 hours. On the ground floor of the building, there is a shop selling food and drinks. The nearest beach is a 4-minute easy walk away. The property is located a 20-minute walk from the city center, and transportation is available via a tourist train whose station is located in front of the building.

Payment and notes
Apartment reservations can be made after paying a deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival at the property. The minimum number of nights is 7. Arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays. Check-out is no later than 10 hours, and check-in is from 15 hours. In the event of any damage, guests are required to fully compensate for the damage before leaving the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, billiard room, or by the pool. Smoking is allowed on the apartment terrace. Please ensure all electronic devices (TV, air conditioner, laptop, etc.) are turned off before leaving the apartment to prevent fire, and also draw the awning. Thank you.
Cancellation policy
Upon booking, the guest is required to pay an advance of 50%, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the booked appointment, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
