Villa Damir offers pleasant accommodation 150m from the beach of the tourist resort Petrčane, near Zadar. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful street, just 150m from the sea, and about 200m from the town center and important tourist facilities. The accommodation is suitable for a family holiday in Petrčane, summer holidays for small groups, as well as for lovers of water sports and active holidays. In Villa Damir, we offer our dear guests accommodation in 4 fully furnished apartments with a capacity of 2-5 people. The apartments consist of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (toilet / shower cabin), and a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The apartments have air conditioning, heating, Sat TV, internet, and a washing machine. In a beautifully arranged Mediterranean garden, guests have access to a barbecue and garden seating. The garden is fenced and safe for children's play. A parking space is provided. Your pets are allowed in our apartments with prior notice. Within 100 to 200 meters of the apartments, you will find: a beach, a promenade, shops, restaurants, the town center, and everything you need for a pleasant stay in Petrčane. Petrčane is a picturesque tourist place between Zadar and Nin, 900 years old. It features a 2 km long pebble and rocky beach bordered by a pine forest that offers you the opportunity to rest in peace and quiet, and clean sea for various water sports or enjoying Dalmatian specialties in restaurants and konobas. Besides Zadar and Nin, due to its geographical position, Petrčane is suitable for visiting the islands of the Zadar archipelago, and the national parks Paklenica and Kornati, as well as the Vrana Lake nature park. If you want an active holiday, Petrčane offers various sports and recreational facilities. In recent years, Petrčane has become famous across Europe as the host of The Garden Festival.
