Cancellation policy
The refund of the deposit is carried out exclusively if the guest wishes to cancel more than one month in advance from the reservation, provided a reason for cancellation is submitted. Reasons for cancellation can be illness (medical certificate) or death. If the guest wishes to cancel within one month of the reservation, we do not perform a refund of the deposit.
