Payment and notes
Upon reservation, 30 % of the price must be paid to a foreign currency account in euros. The damage deposit is 100 E which is returned to the guest if nothing is destroyed during the stay. Laundry service is charged at 10 Euros per 1 wash, washing is performed by the owner. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the property in euros. If desired, the full amount can be paid in advance to a bank account. Upon arrival, you must show a Passport or ID card for scanning and guest registration. Arrival at the property from 15:00 to 24:00. If guests arrive before 15:00 they can park their car for free and go to the beach or lunch until the apartment is ready. Every hour of early check-in is charged 10 Euros per hour. Every hour of late check-out is charged 10 euros per hour. Departure is possible from 04:00 to 09:00 at the latest. Minimum stay is 5 days. House rules must be respected. On each floor there is a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop so that all apartment guests can clean daily - Absolute silence from 2400 to 7 in the morning.
Cancellation policy
Refund 30 days before arrival, less than 30 days before arrival no refund is possible. In case of no-show, the deposit is lost.
