About this stay
Fully equipped and modern apartments in a small village, located right by the sea. We are the last house by the sea in the small settlement of Banj on the island of Pašman. From the village center (shops, cafes, restaurants, and the local beach), we are about 200 m away by the sea. Situated on a spacious estate (approximately 1600 m2). Parking is available. In front of the house is a well-maintained lawn with a pergola. The pergola features: a grill, 2 electric cooking plates, a refrigerator, a sink, cooking and dining utensils, a table, and benches for seating. The pergola is free for guests to use upon agreement with the host. Everything is oriented towards the sea. Adjacent to the estate is a well-maintained beach (shade, sunbeds, benches, shower). Particularly suitable for families with young children and for anyone seeking peace and relaxation.

Payment and notes
Reservations are made in contact with the host. Payment is made to the host's giro account. Deposit amounts 20 -30 % of the total price, depending on the booking time. Check-in time from 16 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out until 10 hours on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the deposit is possible if there are justified reasons (unforeseen, sudden circumstances) up to one month before the arrival date.
