Payment and notes
Payment of 150 Euro non-refundable upon reservation via bank account, the remainder upon arrival at the accommodation. The reservation is valid from the moment the amount arrives in the bank account. Pets are allowed in Apartment 2+2 and in Apartment 4 located on the ground floor. One (1) per Apartment. Pets cannot be left alone in the Apartment. The pet fee is 5 Euro for up to 5 kg, and 8 Euro otherwise per day. We have a laundry room in the house; we will gladly wash your laundry for a fee of 5 Euro per wash. Departure time until 10.00 h Arrival time from 15.00 h Final cleaning is 50 Euro for Studio and 65 Euro for Apartment. Air conditioning, parking, towels, and bed linen are included in the price. The tourist tax is paid according to the Malinska municipality price list. The tourist tax for 2024 is 1.80 Euro per adult per day and is not included in the price
Cancellation policy
