Villa Allegra is an apartment house located in the center of the charming Mediterranean town of Lovran. The comfortable ambiance of our apartments and the immediate proximity to beaches and the town center make Villa Allegra an ideal place for rest and recreation. The wild-growing bay laurel, after which Lovran is named, and other Mediterranean herbs give the air a special therapeutic quality. Lovran is connected to the rest of the Opatija Riviera by a 12-kilometer coastal path known as Lungomare. Opatija is within easy reach, and if you crave the urban bustle, Rijeka is only a half-hour drive away. Breezes descending from Učka bring the scents of Istria and alleviate the summer heat, while the view from our terraces is breathtaking. Villa Allegra is an oasis of peace and quiet, an ideal place to escape from everyday life. Villa Allegra house contains 8 apartments. All apartments have a private terrace or balcony with a sea view. Villa Allegra is located a 7-minute walk from the town center and a 10-minute walk to the beach. The nearest shop is 100m away.

Payment and notes
Check-in time is after 14:00. Check-out time is until 10:00. Free parking is available for Villa Allegra guests. Each apartment has its own price list. The price is determined based on the season and the number of people in the apartment. The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. We accept small dogs trained to stay in an apartment. The fee is 10€ per day. The deposit amount is 20% of the total reservation price. The remaining balance of the reservation is paid on the first day of arrival in cash in EUR.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded; in case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the deposit amount is non-refundable.
