Villa Agram is located in a quiet street (address: Poljanička 2a) in the old Zagreb neighborhood of Trešnjevka. The facility is completely newly built and opened in 2018. Our guests are provided with free parking within the facility and in front of it. Villa Agram contains 5 luxuriously equipped apartments. The nearest shop is located 300 m from the facility, while restaurants and cafes are about 500 m away. The Ljubljanica turning point is approximately 800 m from Villa Agram, so guests can travel to the center or other parts of Zagreb by tram or bus. Tram no. 12, which runs directly to Ban J. Jelačić Square, arrives at the destination in just 19 minutes. Every guest is welcomed with freshly washed and clean linen and a set of towels. Bathrooms are fully equipped with all bathroom amenities (toilet paper, liquid and bar soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, shower cap, bath slippers, comb, cosmetic set) as well as a wall-mounted hairdryer.

Check-in: from 15:00 - 23:00 Check-out: from 00:00 - 10:00 Children up to 3 years of age stay free in the apartment. Payment is in cash or by bank transfer, and upon reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price may sometimes be required. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Stays of larger groups of guests in the property are allowed, but not for the purpose of celebrations and parties. Adherence to house rules (quiet after 23 h) is mandatory, and guests are requested to inform us of their approximate arrival time and whether they are arriving by car. On Fridays and Saturdays, the minimum number of nights is 2. We offer a discount for direct bookings, and an additional discount for longer stays.
