Modernly equipped apartments at the beginning of the town of Slatina, in the second (quiet) row of houses. The house is approximately 1 km from the town center. The town features food and beverage stores, restaurants, a café, a post office, a doctor, a bakery, and more. The property is located 5 minutes' walk from the supermarket, 1 minutes' walk from the beach, and 5 minutes' walk to the nearest restaurant. In front of the house is a concrete beach, and nearby is a pebbly beach with a café bar. 10 minutes' drive away is a natural pebbly beach with a buffet (ideal for young children). In front of the house, there is a buoy in the sea where boats can be moored free of charge. In Slatina, it is possible to launch a boat into the sea. Parking for a trailer is NOT provided but can be arranged. Trogir is 5 away, 5 km, and offers all necessary amenities. From Slatina, it is possible to take a boat to Split or Trogir. The boat ride takes 30 minutes. From Trogir, it is possible to visit various islands and take day trips. Split is 20 km from Trogir, connected by a modern and new road.

Payment and notes
Payment is due immediately upon check-in at the unit. The deposit for accommodation amounts to 30% of the total price. The price DOES NOT include the tourist tax, which is determined by a city ordinance (currently amounting to 0. 9 €/day/person). The price includes all other stay-related expenses, and there are absolutely no hidden costs. The price paid by the guest is the price published on the website. Upon arrival at our property, guests must immediately present their personal documents for registration, which will be returned to the owner right away. At this time, the remaining balance is paid, and an invoice is issued. Check-in time is from 14 p.m. (2 pm). Check-out time is by 10 a.m. (10 am). If guests arrive earlier, they may sit on the terrace with the hosts, refresh themselves, and wait until the apartment is ready.
