Lucija Apartment House is located in an excellent spot on a quiet and peaceful street, just 5 minutes' easy walk from the main city beach, Dražica, which has been declared the best-equipped beach in Croatia, as well as from all other amenities needed for a pleasant summer vacation that Biograd offers. The house features 4 apartments, all measuring 45m2, and consist of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, as well as a laundry machine, and an entrance area. The apartments on the 1. floor, A-1 and A-2, have large terraces of 30m2, or 25 m2, while the one on the 2. floor, A-4, has a balcony of 12m2. All apartments are top-equipped: air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, beds with memory foam mattresses, kitchens with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, and a coffee/tea maker, along with everything needed for preparing and serving meals. Parking and a summer kitchen with a large grill are available in the courtyard.

For those arriving by plane, we offer transport by private car to and from Zadar and Split airports, which will significantly save you time and money. We organize visits to nearby farms that offer excellent wines, cheeses, olive oil and other delicacies of the very rich hinterland.
Cancellation policy
A paid but unused deposit can be used next year with timely reservation of the dates.
