About this stay
Our villa is located by the sea (approx. 30 m) and can be reached via an asphalt road that ends nearby. The villa is detached in a pine forest on a plot of approx. 900 m², with a garage for six cars at the base; the property is connected to the city water supply, three-phase electricity, and has GSM coverage, a landline phone, and free high-speed wireless internet. Among the pines are terraced platforms for ping-pong and other activities. In the garden, there is a grill for free use, as well as numerous sun loungers and swings, as well as scout/nautical nets, chess, cards... each room has its own bathroom, as well as its own loggia, terrace, or balcony; all rooms have a sea view, and each room contains one refrigerator and satellite TV.
