Payment and notes
Accommodation booking is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total stay price. The deposit is included in the total accommodation price, and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment when collecting the keys. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the planned arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. We also offer guests the option to pay the full amount in advance with an additional 5% discount. In this case, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Check-in at the apartment is possible from 14:00, and check-out is until 10:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be arranged upon prior agreement and subject to apartment availability.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded through the same method used for the payment.
