Filip i Jakov, approximately 10 minutes' walk from both centers. One of the beaches is right in front of the property, while others are in the immediate vicinity. Shops, restaurants, a post office, boat rentals, beach volleyball, a market, a fish market, and everything you need are all within walking distance. Parking is available on the property grounds. In front of the house, there is a pier where boats can be moored.
