About this stay
Located in a quiet and peaceful part of Postira is the modern stone house of the Škarić family. The house contains two apartments for 2 or 3 persons and one apartment for 4 persons. They are modernly equipped. All apartments have a sea view. The house is only about 70 meters from the sea. A beautiful pebble beach, Mala Lozna, is a 3 minute walk from the house. Specially arranged surroundings. In the courtyard, there is a chimney available to guests as well as wood. We have our own parking lot. Pets are allowed (5€ per day). If a guest needs a baby cot, it can be provided. The nearest shop is 100 meters from the house, and the town center is approximately 700 meters away. NOTE: Apartment ID:1476 is located in a second house at the address Put Šantića vode 19. The houses are approximately 150m apart.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 20% of the total apartment price. The deposit can be paid in a bank or via mail (registered letter). Guest check-out time is until 10 hours, and guest check-in time to the apartment is from 14 hours. Included in the price are air conditioning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, tableware, coffee machine, etc.
