About this stay
The family house is located in the settlement of Dramalj. The apartments are on the ground floor and the second floor, offering views of the Kvarner Bay, the island of Krk, and Istria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the sports center is located 280m further. The center of the town of Crikvenica can be reached via a seaside promenade or a tourist train. Guests have access to a secured parking lot and can use the grill and outdoor shower.

Payment and notes
A deposit is paid upon apartment booking or by agreement, with the remaining balance due upon guests' arrival. Upon departure, guests must vacate the apartment by 9, 00 hours, and the new guests will enter the prepared apartment from 13 hours onward. The tourist tax and air conditioning are included in the price.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refundable upon cancellation of the apartment up to 15 days before the scheduled check-in date.
