Valentin Apartments are 2 two-bedroom apartments AP1 "LARGE" ( 2+2 ) ( ID: 73494 ) and AP2 "SMALL" ( 2+1 ) ( ID:13633 ) located on the ground floor of a family house. We have been renting out apartments since 2004, and over 1.000 guests have stayed in our apartments – we hope they were satisfied! Each apartment has a private entrance, a parking space, air conditioning, a TV in EVERY room, and other amenities for a comfortable stay for a family of three or four. The house is located at the end of a dead-end street – there is no traffic. In the lush green courtyard, there is also a brick barbecue that guests can use. The distance to the first well-maintained beach with showers is about 400m – approximately 8 minutes' walk. If you enjoy walking, you will discover diverse coves and beaches. Payment and notes
Apartment reservations are made by paying approximately 20% of the total amount. Payment method for the reservation: BANK TRANSFER. Guest check-in/check-out is available any day of the week, according to reservations. During guest check-in/check-out, for cleaning and preparing the apartment for new guests, it is advisable for guests to leave the apartment by 9, while new guests can arrive after 14. For stays of 14 days, we offer a discount of 5%.
