Payment and notes
A deposit is required at the time of booking (30% of the total amount), with the remaining balance due upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer. The price for apartments and rooms is per day. Any damage caused in the apartment must be paid directly to the landlord. VAT is included in the price. The price includes bed linen and towels. The price does not include: - a surcharge for 1 night (50%) - a surcharge for stays of 2-3 nights (30%) - cleaning (apartment 35,00€ - room 25,00€) Check-in from 16:00-22:00 hours, check-out at 10:00 hours.
