The apartments are located in the old part of the town of Nin, on a small island, 10 m from the sea, and near the town center and the Ždrijac sandy beach, which, due to its shallow waters, is ideal for families with young children and is also known for its kite-surfing school. Another sandy beach, called Kraljičina Beach, is 2 km away if you go by road and is famous for its medicinal mud. All apartments have been recently renovated and are equipped with modern, high-quality furnishings. Studio 1 has a beautiful sea view and is ideal for couples. Studio 2 and 3 also offer a stunning view of the sandy beaches and Mount Velebit. They can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. The room with a double bed and a sofa measures 20×200. Apartment 3 and Apartment 4 are larger in area, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, and consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa measuring 160x200. Apt. 4 also has two balconies with views of the garden and the sea. All apartments feature a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a shared laundry room.
