The property offers three apartments: Apartment 80 m² for 4 people, featuring two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with sea views. Two apartments of 42 m² for 2 people, each with a balcony – one with a sea view, the other with a garden view. All guests have access to free parking, air conditioning in each apartment, and a washing machine in the common area. The property is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the balconies. Pets are not allowed. Guests appreciate the peaceful location, cleanliness, and comfort of the accommodation – a perfect base for exploring Murter and the surrounding beaches.

Payment and notes
You guarantee and confirm your arrival by paying the required deposit, which amounts to 30% of the total accommodation price. All payment details for the deposit will be sent via the offer to the guest's email address. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed, and a voucher – confirmation of the reservation – will be sent to the guest's email address. The remaining amount is paid by the guest upon arrival at the apartment in cash or by transfer to the account to which the deposit was also paid. Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time. Check-out is until 10:00.
