First House by the Sea, a quiet area of Postira. The property is located 10-15 minutes from the center and 3 minutes from the beach. IDEAL LOCATION FOR SMALL CHILDREN: It's a dead-end street with little car traffic. The house contains two such units: one apartment is called Marija, and the other is called Laura. They are quite similar, and each apartment has its own separate entrance. Advantage: In 9 month, the price of the apartment is 50 € or negotiable.

Payment and notes
Payment is made upon arrival or as agreed. A mandatory deposit of 50 € is required. In the event of an early departure (except in cases of death or illness of an immediate family member), the full price up to the end date of the reservation will be charged. Bad weather or similar situations are not considered valid reasons for terminating the stay or departing early.
