About this stay
A house with 5 apartments which, after investments in 2019, has an energy certificate of category A. Accommodation during the colder part of the year can also be arranged (2 apartments have central heating). Large apartments have 2 air conditioning units each. Parking is located directly behind the house - partially in the shade of kiwi. Guests have table tennis available in the courtyard in front of the house, as well as 2 outdoor showers. The house is 70 meters away from Hotel Pinija (use of the hotel beach is free), in an area with the century-old Pinija pine forest. Pets are not allowed. Payment and notes
Arrival time is according to the guest's wish (someone from the hosts is always at home). Apartments are ready no later than 14:00 on the day of arrival (usually earlier, depending on the number of departures on that day), and it is possible to arrive earlier, leave your car in our parking lot, and use the time while the apartment is being prepared to go to the beach, walk, etc. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am (by agreement, it is possible to use private parking even after 10:00, i.e., until the end of the day). Payment model: for the reservation, it is necessary to pay about 15% of the total price, the remainder is paid on the first day upon arrival, so that everything is seen to be fine with the apartment and surroundings.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation (from Your side) of the agreed reservation, 3 options are possible: a) If you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, we will try to find a term that suits you within the same season (with 100% use of the paid deposit) b) If it is not possible to find an acceptable term in the same season - 50% of the deposit can be used in the following year. c) We are happy to provide a refund of the deposit, but only if we fully book all the days of the term that we were holding for You until the moment of cancellation from Your side.
