About this stay
Apartments with private entrance, separate terrace, and parking space for one vehicle are available for rent. The fully equipped apartments include a kitchen, a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove (oven only in the ROYAL apartment), complete tableware, and dining utensils. All apartments have air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a large double bed (160x200), and an extra bed upon request. Each guest receives a towel. Every apartment has linens for all beds and a flat-screen TV. IMPORTANT NOTES: - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Our house is located 5 meters from the sea, specifically a beach with fine pebbles and a gentle entrance to the sea, suitable for small children. Our house is a 10-minute walk from the center of Mandre. The small village of Mandre is a peaceful place ideal for family holidays, offering views of the Pašćan archipelago and the open sea to the southwest. Due to its geographical orientation, there is no risk of strong winds (bora).

Payment and notes
We approve discounts on the price list depending on the agreed date and length of stay (longer stay – larger discount). For easier and more precise communication, please send your inquiries via the contact form or email: [email protected]. Once you decide to rent, please confirm your booking in writing as soon as possible due to the high volume of inquiries. NOTES: - For rentals lasting less than 3 nights, a cleaning fee of 30 EUR will be charged additionally. - The reservation is confirmed upon payment of 100 EUR per apartment. - The payer (tenant) is required to pay the remaining rental amount no later than 2. days from the start of the rental. - If the payer (tenant) does not arrive at the specified rental location by the end of the first day of the rental, they lose all previously stated or agreed rights as the payer (tenant). - Key collection or apartment pickup on the first day of the rental is earliest at 14 hours, and key return or apartment departure on the last day of the rental is latest at 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
Dear guests! You may cancel your reservation up to 10 days before the start of your rental, regardless of the reason, to be eligible for a full refund of the reservation amount (100 EUR). Cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively via e-mail: [email protected]. Please provide detailed instructions for the refund (bank, account number, SWIFT/BIC). Due to banking regulations, we require the full address of the account holder for processing the refund.
