EXCELLENTLY LOCATED and modernly equipped apartments are situated in a private house. One of Pula's most beautiful beaches, Gortanova Bay, is only 150m away (as shown in the photos). In the courtyard, you can use the barbecue and relax amidst the scent of the pine forest right next to the house. There are parking spaces adjacent to the courtyard. On the balconies of both apartments, you can enjoy your meal, or you can head to the nearby restaurant. Next to the beach, there is a pleasant promenade and fitness trail, a beach bar, and a children's park. Everything you need is within a distance of 50-400m: a supermarket, restaurants, a market, a bus station, a bank, etc. The city center is 2km away. Apartment (2 1) A is located on the ground floor (8 steps) and features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed equipped with anatomical mattresses, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Apartment (2 1) B is located on the first floor and includes a living room with a sofa bed and a smaller auxiliary bed (175cm), a bedroom with a double bed (anatomical mattresses), a kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 balcony.
