About this stay
The apartments are located in a house on the first row to the sea, on a plot of 800m2. In front of the house is a typical Dalmatian garden (fig trees, olive trees, lavender, flowers). The shade of the olive trees provides pleasant coolness during intense heat. The garden features a barbecue and a shower, and a stone path leads to the beach, where there is a free boat mooring. Behind the house is a large parking area. The town center is a short walk along the sea, taking 20 minutes. Near the house there is a nice bar, where under the shade of tamarisk trees you can enjoy your first morning coffee or a glass of beer at sunset. The house contains three apartments and the owner's flat, who is discreetly available to you at any time. We speak English, French, and Italian. The apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture, partly handmade (wall cabinets), bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, dishes, and small household appliances are all included. The balconies have tables, chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers. The floors are covered with marble, while the stairs and balconies are made of white Dalmatian stone.

Payment of 20% in advance, the remainder upon arrival. The guest must leave the house by 10 a.m., and check-in is after 14 p.m.
