Payment and notes
Booking conditions: 1. Please pay a deposit; the remaining amount must be paid upon arrival. 2. Check-in is possible after 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00. 3. The price includes the tourist tax, air conditioning, private parking, TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. 4. Upon arrival, please present the identification documents of all guests to the property owner for registration. 5. Do not leave the air conditioning on if it is not needed, for example, while you are away from the apartment, and do not use it with open windows and doors. Please close all doors and windows when you are out to prevent damage in case of a storm or draft. 6. Non-guests are not permitted to spend the night or stay for the entire day in the premises 7. A guest who intentionally or accidentally causes damage must compensate for the full amount of the damage. 8. A guest who violates the house rules and disturbs the peace will be denied accommodation unconditionally 9. The property owner is not responsible for the guest's belongings but will warn the guest of any dangers.
Cancellation policy
Down payment refund terms: For cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days in advance – we will refund 100% of the amount. For cancellation of a reservation within 30 days – no refund of the down payment.
