The apartments have been renovated and are located on the ground floor of a family house in a peaceful and green environment. Each apartment has a private entrance and its own terrace overlooking a garden full of flowers and exotic fruits. The apartments include a large indoor parking area. Just 5 minutes' walk from the apartments lies a beautifully maintained concrete and rocky beach at the edge of a pine forest. The beach features 2 showers, a sandy volleyball court, and a café where you can enjoy refreshments such as drinks and ice cream. The center of Umag is only 7 minutes' walk from the apartments. In the town, you can find everything you need at any time of day (grocery and textile shops, a bank, a post office, and a hospital). Cultural and entertainment events (Golden Lion, Tomato Festival, folklore performances from across the region, etc.) are held in the town daily. In July, the renowned ATP tennis tournament, which has been held for many years, takes place not far from the center of Umag. Check-in time is after 14 o’clock, and check-out time from the apartment is by 10 o’clock. You can reserve the apartment by paying a deposit to the bank account. The deposit amount is the price of one night’s stay. The remaining amount for the stay is paid upon arrival. A stay of up to 4 days (3 nights) increases the price by 30%.
