Payment and notes
When making a reservation, a non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of the total amount must be paid. The deposit is paid based on the offer. The remaining balance of your reservation must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The price per night includes registration with the Tourist Board, the tourist tax, use of the air conditioner, a baby cot, WIFI, parking, and the eco tax. Check-in is on the day of arrival from 14:00, and check-out is on the day of departure from 7:00 to 9:00. When making a reservation, you must specify the exact number of people who will be using the apartment. All persons using the apartment must be registered with the Tourist Board. A baby cot must be reserved when booking the accommodation. The baby cot is not subject to an additional charge. House rules: Parties are not allowed. Guests must not make noise from 23:00 to 7:00.
Cancellation policy
The deposit serves to secure the reserved date. It guarantees that the reserved date will not be offered to other guests. The deposit is the final confirmation of your reservation. The deposit is not a substitute for a specific number of days of stay. The deposit is paid based on the offer sent to your email address and amounts to 40% of the total stay cost. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of an inability to arrive, with prior notice, the deposit can be used for another available date during this season. In the event of a guest not arriving, the deposit cannot be used for future visits. The deposit is not a substitute for a specific number of days of stay.
