The apartments are fully equipped for living and include free parking (Guests renting a room unfortunately do not have guaranteed parking, it is only possible upon agreement with the owner), WiFi, air conditioning. The deposit is 150 euros. House Rules: Accommodation is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival, until 10 hours on the day of departure. - Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in case of accidents, they bear the consequences themselves. - When going out, you must lock doors and windows, close umbrellas, turn off lights and all electrical devices (air conditioning must be turned off), and turn off the water. - In the guest's absence, the owner has the right, in special circumstances, to enter the apartment/room to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest of their entry into the apartment/room at the next possible contact. - Specifically, making noise is prohibited from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 7.00. - Holding events is prohibited. - The facilities of the apartment/room may only be used by persons who are properly registered as guests, and the host may, upon guest request, approve any visits at a specific time.
