Family Apartments -ŠVOB - with a pool; for family holidays with children and grandchildren (FOR FAMILY USE). We do not accept groups of young people. Swim in the sea and the pool, relax in the sauna. The apartments are located in an excellent location in Novi Vinodolski, approximately 350m from the beach, a few minutes' walk away (suitable for children and adults), near the Lišanj hotel area, a park, a seaside promenade, and the city center. The apartments are fully equipped. Each apartment has its own entrance, a balcony or terrace with a view of the sea or garden, and some apartments have a grill. All guests staying in our apartments can use the pool. We pay close attention to cleanliness in the apartments, the well-maintained gardens with Mediterranean plants, and the surrounding environment. *We are open from 28.04. - 15.10. (seasonal). - In the house - with a pool, we offer: 5 family apartments (2 larger and 3 smaller), terraces/grills, 2 outdoor showers, toilets, and a sauna. Parking in front of our house (1 parking per apartment), WI-FI. *Parties for young people are not allowed! *First minute/Last minute/ = PRICE applies to 2 adults + 2 children.

Payment and notes
We accept reservations throughout the year. To make a reservation, a deposit (down payment) of 200 Euros, as agreed, is required. The remaining amount is paid by the guest upon arrival in cash; we do not accept credit cards. The designated check-out time from the apartment is by 10 a.m. at the latest, and check-in is from 15 a.m. Please inform us of your arrival time. The air conditioner is included in the rental price! Pets are not allowed. The rental price includes use of the SWIMMING POOL, bed linen, towels, tableware, cooking facilities, electricity, and water. Tourist taxes and fees are included in the price, as are WI-FI and parking. * The minimum stay in the apartments is 2 - 3 nights. *Note: Upon arrival, please present your ID cards or passports to the owner for mandatory registration in the E-visitor system. *Note: An additional cleaning fee per apartment applies: 30 - 50 EUR as a one-time charge. *Note: Upon arrival, the guest is required to leave a security deposit of 200 EUR (in case of damage); the deposit will be returned on the day of the guest's departure.
Cancellation policy
* Note / strict terms: - We will only refund the deposit if the borders of Croatia are closed; only in that case is the guest genuinely unable to arrive. - In all other cases, a refund of the deposit is not possible!!! - If you do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded! !!! * By accepting and confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to the aforementioned terms and the house rules!!! * It is not permitted to bring or invite persons who are not registered and reported in E-visitor to the apartments.
