Payment and notes
The tourist tax is included in the price. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Please pay before the arrival date, or cash payment on the day of arrival. Upon arrival at the apartment, you must provide us with your ID cards or passports for registration in the e-visitor system. We will issue an accommodation receipt which you pay in full. The accommodation prices stated in the receipt match the official price list. A deposit of 80 euros is also required for damage insurance in the property; if everything is in order at the end of your stay, we return the same amount to you. Due to Covid, we have performed additional disinfection of the entire property and continue to do so. We do not charge a fee for final cleaning of the property; it is included in the regular price. We believe that apartment hygiene is normal and the foundation of quality service. Ideal arrival time is 15:00 and departure time is by 10:00.
Cancellation policy
The deposit amount is 20 % of the accommodation price stated in the receipt. If a guest cancels the reservation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable; otherwise, it is refunded in full.
