The family house is located in the very center of Makarska. The main city square, church, market, shops, and restaurants are all nearby. The Riva is 50 m away. The house contains two apartments: one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. The ground-floor apartment has its own entrance on the quiet side of the street and consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Everything forms a modern open space without doors between rooms, connected on two levels by a set of stairs. One bedroom is on the lower level, while the other bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are on the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment has been completely renovated, and everything is new. The second apartment is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of the Riva and the sea. This apartment was also completely renovated two years ago, and everything is new and modern. It covers an area of 75m2. It features two double bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned.
