About this stay
New, modernly equipped apartments in the village of Muline, on the island of Ugljan. A peaceful setting in a pine forest, just 3 minutes' walk from shops, the beach, and restaurants. Fast Wi-Fi internet is available in the apartments. The apartments are located on the 1 floor of a new building, with secured parking. Close to the city of Zadar (20 minutes by ferry or boat), with excellent ferry or speedboat connections (via 20 daily lines). The apartments are completely physically separate (individual entrances, individual terraces)! The village of Muline has numerous beaches, and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island—Južna Luka—is located right near the apartments. At the very end of the island lies the last hamlet of the town of Ugljan—Muline. Muline abounds with wonderful beaches, well-maintained paths along the coast and inland, ideal for hiking and cycling. As it has a harbor and mooring area, it is a popular destination for sailors.

Payment and notes
For all reservations, a deposit of approximately 20% of the total amount is required. All other details can be arranged upon agreement. The preferred check-in time for the apartment is after 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Minimum stay: 7 days Guest exchange: exclusively on Saturdays
Cancellation policy
For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations within the period 0 - 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
