Stipe Apartments are located in a family house, situated on the first line to the sea with a unique view of the beaches and the islands of Brač and Šolta. Nearby there are shops, cafe-bars, restaurants... The city center is only a 10 min easy walk along the sea, so you will have no need for a car. We provide parking spaces and use of an outdoor grill.

Payment and notes

Reservations are made via e-mail or via mobile (SMS message). After a confirmed reservation, a deposit in the amount of 25% of the total invoice amount follows, which can be made via payment through the post or bank to the owner's foreign currency account. The remainder of the bill is paid in cash to the host on the first day of arrival at the property. Arrival time at the property is from 12h, and departure time is until 10h.
