Payment and notes
Prices are in euros per day of stay. Air conditioning, secured parking, a fully equipped kitchen, towels, a washing machine (by arrangement), use of the outdoor grill, and wireless internet are already included in the price. The tourist tax is not included and amounts to 2 euros per adult over 18 years old, while for children over 12 years old it amounts to 1 euros. Temporary mooring is available for guests with smaller boats. A deposit of at least 20% of the total amount must be paid upon booking.
Cancellation policy
The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 20% of the total agreed price. The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of force majeure, the deposit will be valid for the next season, and in exceptional cases, it will be refunded. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon collecting the apartment keys. Payment by credit card is not possible. Upon collecting the keys, a security deposit of EUR 50 must be paid as part of the fee for any potential damage to the apartment. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage is found. In the event of a serious disturbance of the house rules, which would significantly compromise the peace and safety of other guests, the accommodation can be canceled immediately. In such cases, the amount already paid will not be refunded. In the event of a more significant deviation in the quality of service from the agreed standard, and if the guest's complaints are proven to be justified, compensation for damages/refund of part of the payment, a complimentary day, or another arrangement may be agreed upon.
