The apartments are located on the raised ground floor and first floor of a family house in Umag, in the Punta neighborhood, a quiet part of the city very close to the STELA MARIS tourist complex, where the renowned Umag Croatia Open tennis tournament is held, as well as beautiful beaches, sports facilities, and quality restaurants. The apartments are comfortable and modernly equipped. Each apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and linens (changed weekly), a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and bathroom towels 2 per person (changed weekly). The living area includes a kitchen equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living area also features 2 extra beds, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests are asked to use the equipment with care.
